We pride ourselves on the quality of our Damascene craftsmanship. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring that you can shop with confidence.


1. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

  • Approval: If your return is approved (item is unused, in original packaging, and undamaged by the customer), your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Credit Application: A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a "change of mind" return, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Defective Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or shipping damage, we will refund the full amount, including all shipping costs.


3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  4. Contact Us: If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [support@orientique.com].


4. Exceptions: Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or "Clearance" items cannot be refunded unless they arrived damaged or defective.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (e.g., a replacement for a damaged shipment), send us an email at [support@orientique.com].


6. Gifts

  • Gifted to You: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you.

  • Not Marked as Gift: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
