1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time Because our items are fragile and require expert packaging, please allow 2–4 business days for us to inspect and prepare your order for shipment. We do not rush this process, as we want to ensure your item is perfectly secured.

Global Delivery We ship worldwide. All international orders are shipped via trusted carriers (DHL, FedEx, or Aramex) to ensure full tracking and insurance.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 Business Days.

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 Business Days.

Customs & Duties Please note that for international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives in your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Return Policy

We want you to fall in love with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  2. Unused and in its original packaging.

  3. Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
